Uganda is a beautiful country in the east African part of Africa, it is known for its biodiverse environment, wildlife and vibrant people it is famous for its primates, our 8 Days Uganda wildlife safari will lead you to the country’s top visited conservation areas, to Murchison falls national park in the northern part of the country, it is home to the so called big four of the wilderness(Lions, leopards, African Buffaloes, elephants) it is bisected into 2 by the Victoria Nile named after the great Murchison fall, visit the Kibale forest national park for a great primates experience the forest is notable for the Chimpanzee , Queen Elizabeth national park for a wildlife game drives and boast cruise along the Kazinga channel.

Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Murchison falls national park

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our company representative who will meet greet and transfer you to Murchison falls national park, we will pass through the norther Gulu highway having a stopover enroute for rhino tracking at the Ziwa sanctuary this is one of the few places to see Rhinos which accounts to the search of the big five, it is done on foot guided by a Uganda wildlife ranger the tracking takes 2-3 hours doing the activity after which we will have lunch at Amuka lodge after which we will proceed to the national park for dinner and staying overnight at the facility that has been booked for dinner and staying overnight.

Day 2: Game drives and boat cruise along the Victoria Nile

Breakfast, after which we will be transferred to the northern bank of Pakuba through the well distributed trails in search of wildlife , expect to see Lions, side stripped hyenas, Jackson hartebeest, oribi, water bucks , bushbuck, Rothschild’s giraffes, to mention a few, we will return to the lodge for lunch and an afternoon boat cruise along to the bottom of the falls, it’s takes 2-3 hours cruising along the waters , the side walls of the park are amazing to view along with the sun asking Nile crocodiles, and hippos depending on water levels, we will either hike to the top of the falls once we reach the bottom or back to the doc in the marshy swampy areas on a lucky day you may be chanced to see the critically endangered shoe bill stock returning to meet your guide who will transfer you back to accommodation for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale forest national park

Kibale forest national park is home to the Chimpanzee toppled with the other 12 primates kinds, it is one of the few remaining tropical rain forests of Uganda covering the largest part of Kabarole district, it is a popular destination with high chances of viewing Chimpanzee, it is also termed by many as the Capital of primates’ on this day we will have breakfast, after which we transfer to Kibale passing through the small beautiful towns of Kagadi and towns, we will arrive in the late afternoon for a refreshment as we relax around the lodge for the following days adventures

Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park

Chimpanzee tracking is an epic experience and most sought of on an African safari, following a morning breakfast, we will be drive to Kayanchu visitor center for tracking the day begins at 8:00 am with a briefing and in groups of 6 you will be allocated a chimpanzee family to track, the lead guide will take you through the trails of the forest in search of Man’s closest relative they have been scientifically proven to share up to 98% of the human DNA,  they live in troops of upto 100members  left by a male, they are characterized by their social behavior and intelligence, it takes 2-3 hours upon meeting the primates , one hour is allowed to interact , take pictures after return to meet your guide at the Cafe Kibale where a hot lunch will be served, we will them proceed to Queen Elizabeth national park via the south for tree climbing lions,  arriving on game drive for dinner and staying overnight at the lodge that has been booked for your dinner and staying overnight at

Day 5: Game drives and Boat cruise along the Kazinga channel.

We will wake up to a mouth dropping breakfast, transfer to the Kasenyi plains in search of animals, the drive along the floor of the Albertine rift valley is rewarding , expect to see dotted animals all over the park including lions, water bucks, Buffaloes, elephants, and many species of antelopes, we will return for lunch at the lodge  for lunch and an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga channel, it is a long stream connecting 2 rift valley lakes of Edward and George it is acts as an animal magnet in the park as most of them collect along the region for water and pastures, it is also having one of the world’s highest population densities of hippos in the world retuning to the lodge for dinner and stay overnight at the lodge that has been booked for your dinner and staying overnight

Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park

we will transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park following breakfast through the southern part of Queen Elizabeth national park for tree climbing lions, the Ishasha sector is aid the unique selling point of queen, home to the tree climbing Lions, you will spot these through the huge fig trees of the sector on a lucky day and dotted along the road side, we will arrive at the home of Mountain gorillas in the late evening, for check in at your preferred lodge. The misty forest is an amazing destination most sought of by many travelers, feel the breeze of the coldness of the region relax by a camp fire as we wait for the following days adventure highlight of seeing the world’s largest primate species.

Day 7: Gorilla trekking experience

Early morning breakfast, after which we will be transferred to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking experience, It begins in the morning with a briefing from the authorities, and entertainment from the local communities, gorillas live in families of up to 20 members led by a male silverback, the families have steadily grown in number thanks to the conservation policies, in groups of 8 members you will be allowed to trek it takes 2-8 hours doing the activity an hour is allowed while with them interact and take pictures it sometimes can take the whole day to return, as tiring as it is it will at the end of the day be give you warm breathes as you meet them they are energetic and entertaining, you will then return to meet your guide who will take you to the facility for your stay overnight

Day 8: Departure

Following an early morning breakfast, we will return to Entebbe inorder for you to catch your international flight back home.
