Very good experience. We travelled with John Banura in western Uganda from 16 to 20 October 2025. We visited Queen Elizabeth National Park, the chimpanzee habitat (Kalinzu Central Forest Reserve) and the mountain gorilla habitat (Bwindi Impenetrable Forest); we also took a trip to see shoebills in the swamps of Lake Victoria. John Banura organised this week perfectly and was always a thoughtful and attentive guide; he was also able to answer the questions we asked, especially about the animals. The wildlife (notable among different others are the lions, elephants, gorillas, chimpanzees and the shoebill) was beautiful, impressive, interesting and diverse. In addition, John Banura was an extremely friendly, warm and sociable companion; we can highly recommend him as a safari guide.

A wonderful Uganda safari experience with a wonderful driver guide We just came back from a 12 day safari in Uganda. It was a wonderful, enriching experience. We were very fortunate to have John Banura as our driver guide. He made all the difference. He is not only a nice and sympathetic guy, he is also smart and extremely quick in spotting opportunities. He often saw animals while driving when others just drove by. He is a very safe driver, he is flexible and stops whenever requested, and he thinks ahead and plans realistically. Personally , he is 100% trustworthy. We are happy to wholeheartedly recommend him.

Days in Kampala Entebbe - Kampala (Palace,Mosque and Market) It was a big favor to have John as a driver. He was always arriving on time and went through this huge traffic like artist, he made a suggestion for two days, which was well arranged. He always answered our huge amount of questions and informed us about life in Uganda. He gave us a lift to the Afrinena House children without parents (my Sponsorchild at Streamoflife Uganda is there) and joined us in the evening show at the cultural center in Kampala. The information and faith seemed very authentic m.
